All floral products are subject to availability.

Substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal availability or supply issues. We will ensure the replacement is of equal or greater value and retains the intended style and colour scheme.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Dirhams and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be completed before delivery or pickup.

Delivery Policy

We deliver to specified areas only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate recipient details.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, we may leave it in a safe place or attempt redelivery (fees may apply).

Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery.

For perishable items (e.g., fresh flowers), refunds are only issued if:

The item arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered.

You notify us upon receiving delivery and provide photo evidence.

Custom Orders

Custom and event orders should be discussed 7 days before the event to outsource desired decorations and flowers.

Custom and event orders (e.g., weddings, birthdays, hospital, and other arrangements) require a deposit and final payment before the event date.

Deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the event.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, photos, and designs, is owned by us or licensed for use. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our permission.
