Common Return & Refund Practices for Perishable Items

When Refunds or Replacements May Be Issued:

  • Flower/bouquets/arrangements arrived damaged or wilted due to shipping or packaging issues.
  • Wrong flower arrangement/item delivered (e.g., different product or size than ordered).
  • Missing items from the delivery.
